Phil is a Chartered Gas Engineer with over 40 years experience in the industry. Starting as an apprentice with British Gas, he has spent his entire career in the gas industry, before starting P J Casper Associates Limited in 2013. Martin is the Principal Duty Holder – Electrical and Qualified Supervisor.

Holding NVQ3 and AM2 qualifications in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (Buildings, Structures and the Environment) along with Periodic Inspection & Testing, 18th Edition Wiring Regs (BS7671:2018+A2:2022)and EV Charge Point Installation certifications, Martin is fully qualified to assist with whatever your electrical installation requirements may be.
