We offer Electrical Installation & Inspection & Testing services for Domestic, Commercial and Industrial properties across England, Scotland & Wales.
Based in Hertfordshire, we offer no additional charge for works within the counties of Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire, with a negotiable mileage charge* for visits outside these county areas.
Having accreditation via NAPIT, we are registered on the UK Government competent persons register, for notifiable domestic works under Part P of the Building Regulations. We are OZEV approved EV Charge-Point installers and additionally hold the NAPIT Electrical Assessment Specification (EAS)and as such, we can offer full EICR Periodic Inspection & Testing services, including Landlords Inspection Reports.

*Mileage charges for outside Herts & Beds are charged at £0.25 per mile from the nearest county border. For projects of certain size and complexity this fee can be negotiable.
Services
Electrical Services Price List (prices shown include VAT)
Certain electrical installations will require a site visit and survey to be conducted before a price estimate or quotation can be offered.
For EV Charging Point Installation, a site survey will be required and will be included in the overall price of the installation. Please contact us to discuss pricing as there are a number of different options depending on your requirements, including bi-directional charging and different manufacturer options depending on your vehicle requirements.

NOTES:
All prices are inclusive of VAT
Unsociable hours are classed as 1800hrs to midnight on weekdays, and 0700hrs to midnight on weekends.
Emergency callout rates are charged when rapid response is required and / or response between the hours of midnight and 0700hrs are required, or at any time on bank holidays.
Travel outside the counties of Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire will be charged at £0.25 per mile from the nearest county border, using google maps as a method of calculating the mileage.
Callout Charge £60
This includes the first hour of labour and travel within the Counties of Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire.
Standard Hourly Rate £45ph
This is the standard hourly rate for electrical works during weekday hours. Unsociable hours are charged at £60ph and the emergency callout rate is £90ph.
EICR from £150
This includes callout and covers the first 10 circuits to be inspected. Additional circuits are charged at £10 per circuit inspected.
PAT TESTING FROM £60
This includes callout and the first 30 items tested. Additional items are charged at £1.50 per item. We also offer microwave leakage testing for £5 per appliance
Discounted Daily rate £340
When a project reaches or exceeds an 8hr period, we will charge the discounted daily rate for labour.
EV Approved Installers
We are in on the UK Government list of approved EVHS and WCS Chargepoint installers, and can therefore claim the £350 grant per charging point, offering this saving to our customers.
